Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director at CIS College located in Naby Ayla. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the college’s operations, managing staff, developing educational programs, creating policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Director will also be responsible for building partnerships with other educational institutions and stakeholders, representing the college in the community, and participating in strategic planning.Qualifications
Experience in educational management, preferably in a vocational or technical college
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of educational policies and regulations
Ability to develop and implement educational programs
Experience in building partnerships and networking
Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in English and Arabic
